At Ignited Life, I don’t just coach macros and workouts—I coach the comeback.

If you used to be strong, athletic, and confident but now feel like you’ve lost your footing in the busyness of life, you’re not alone—and I’ve been there.

As a former athlete, Army vet, mom, and nutrition coach, I’ve lived the pressure, the burnout, and the body-image battles. What changed everything for me? A personalized plan, expert support, and finally learning how to fuel my body for what I actually wanted: strength, energy, and freedom.

That’s what I now create for my clients. Structured plans. Real check-ins. Simple tools. Total transformation.
