Here’s what you’ll learn

The Exercise program will teach you exactly what exercises and breathing techniques you can begin using DAY 1 of your postpartum journey, in addition to providing a FULL Workout program of safe and effective exercises to stimulate healing and help you return to regular exercise programs quicker.

This program is designed to help heal and strengthen your the pelvic floor, core muscles, ligaments and tissues during the first 6 weeks post partum.

Completing this program will help you jumpstart the healing of your

The Mini-Series

Postpartum Nutrition & Recovery

These two mini series on nutrition and recovery during the first six weeks postpartum have been made specifically to accompany the FULL First 6 Weeks Return to Exercise Postpartum program, by covering many useful tips and topics that can be used throughout your health and wellness journeys.

By combining these three programs, you'll get the a complete guide to healing and speeding up your recovery during this postpartum timeframe.

These additional programs will cover my top 5 focus areas from a  physical/mental recovery perspective while the other covers these focus areas from a nutritional approach. Each series begins with “what happens to your body and the demands of healing”, then covers a variety of topics from sitting and recovering to why we need to focus on recovery and nutrition. Finally, they wrap up with how to apply various recovery and nutrition techniques to speed up your internal and external recoveries so that you can return to athleticism work, parenting, and all the other things that you enjoy to do or are required to do for the foreseeable future.
